Scheme of Management
Every school must have a Scheme of Management approved by the Department of Education. This scheme provides for the membership of the Board of Governors and sets out procedures and guidelines for managing the school and the functions to be exercised by the Board of Governors and the principal. The Board of Governors is required to operate in accordance with the Scheme of Management, which reflects good management practices and procedures.

School Development Plan
The School Development Plan is a strategic plan for improvement. It should bring together, in a clear and simple way, the school priorities, the main measures it will take to raise standards, the resources dedicated to these, and the key outcomes and targets it intends to achieve.
Annual Reports
In accordance with the Scheme of Management, the Board of Governors makes an annual report to parents and holds an AGM, which parents are invited to attend, to present it.
